Applications are invited for a walk-in-interview for one (01) temporary position of a Project Fellow (Junior-I) in a UGC-DAE CSR sponsored research project entitled “Unravelling the trivalent ion electrochemistry of niobium and bismuth based chalcogenides and understanding the electrochemical mechanism by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy for aluminum based energy storage devices” under Dr. Shyamal Kumar Das, Principal Investigator, Department of Physics, Tezpur University, Napaam, Tezpur – 784028, Assam.

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics (not earlier than 3 years) with a minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable: Candidate with working experience in electrochemistry will be given preference.
Fellowship: ₹14,000/- pm + HRA as admissible (if no accommodation is provided by the University).
Duration: Initially for a period of one (01) year, which may be extended till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier, subject to a total period of three (03) years. Total period of the project is three (03) years.

Terms and conditions:
- The project fellow appointed under this project should spend a substantial amount of time at UGC-DAE CSR
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the concerned employer / Ph.D. Supervisor
