On-line applications are hereby invited through our website https://www.mscwb.org from the Citizens of India for recruitment to the permanent post of SATKAR KARMEE under theSWM-I Department of KOLKATA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION in reference of approval by Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, the Govt. of West Bengal vide no. 531-UDMA-25011(11)/11/2023-LSG SEC dated 11.01.2024.

NAME OF THE POST	SATKAR KARMEE (previously designated aş DOME)
DEPARTMENT	KOLKATA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION under SWM-1 Department
PAY LEVEL	LEVEL 1 OF ROPA 2019+ other allowances as per Rules.
PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATIONS (ESSENTIAL)	i) Must be a Citizen of India. ii) Must be strong and physically fit iii) Must be able to perform outdoor duties smoothly.
AGE	Age not more than 40 years on the 1ª January of the year ofAdvertisement/ Notification.
DUTIES ATTACHED TO THE POST	Their duties will be to collect small & large carcass from the lanes, streets, roads etc. of various wards under KMC.

CATEGORY WISE VACANCY	UR-02, SC-02, ST-01. OBC (A) 01, OBC (B)01, UR (Ex- Serviceman)-01, UR (PWD for Blindness OR Low Vision) – 01

NOTE:

(a) The Qualification prescribed in the Advertisement are as per the notified Recruitment Rules issued by Kolkata Municipal Corporation vide Chief Manager (P)’s Circular No. 18/VIII of 2020-21 dated 10.08.2020.

(b) Age as recorded only in the Madhyamik or Equivalent / School Leaving certificate will be accepted, subject to Age relaxation as mentioned below. In absence of Academic & Birth certificate, any age proof documents which are recognized by the Govt. of India e.g. Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.to be accepted for follow up action.

(c) Candidates must fulfil the essential qualifications by the closing date.

(d) In case of candidates obtaining same mark in the merit list, the elder candidates will be placed before the younger one at the time of preparation of panel.
