In 2003, Finolex Cables Ltd divested its shareholding in the company, leading to its transformation into a private limited company on September 25, 2003.

Over the years, the company underwent further name changes, adopting the names Arrow Webtex Ltd. in 2007 and Delta Corp Limited in 2008.

Offshore Casinos and Casino Hotels

Delta Corp Limited operates several offshore casinos and casino hotels, catering to the diverse gaming preferences of its patrons. In December 2015, the company received a license to operate a casino at its Deltin Suite in Goa. The Government of Goa further extended the company’s offshore casino license to operate casinos on the Mandovi River until March 31, 2017.

Deltin Royale also boasts India’s largest dedicated poker room, which hosted the first-ever World Poker Tournament in the country.
2. Deltin JAQK: With four decks, Deltin JAQK caters primarily to the value-oriented segment. Its gaming area spans 40,000 square feet and features 431+ gaming positions, including 50+ gaming tables and 15+ slot machines. The casino also offers a dedicated playroom and a crèche for toddlers, along with an aqua bar and two VIP suites.
3. Deltin Caravela (Casino Goa): Positioned as an affordable gaming destination, Deltin Caravela provides 217+ gaming positions across 25,000 square feet. The company has plans to upgrade this casino by relocating it to a newer vessel.

• Deltin Denzong: Through a partnership with Hotel Welcome Heritage Denzong Regency, Delta Corp set up a casino in Sikkim. Spread across 15,000 square feet, this casino caters to the eastern region of India, offering 206+ gaming positions and a dedicated VIP gaming area.
• Deltin Nepal: Delta Corp collaborated with Nepal-based Everest Hospitality and Hotel Pvt. Ltd. to operate a casino in the 5-star Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. Spanning 15,000 square feet, the casino features 220+ gaming positions, including a separate VIP gaming area.

Hospitality

Delta Corp Limited also has a notable presence in the hospitality sector, owning and operating hotels in Goa and Daman:

1. Deltin Suites: Located near the popular Candolim and Calangute beaches in Goa, Deltin Suites is a 106-room all-suite hotel and casino. It offers a gaming area spanning 1,000 square feet with 59+ gaming positions, catering to the needs of both leisure and gaming enthusiasts.
2. The Deltin, Daman: Spanning 10 acres with a developed area of 300,000 square feet, The Deltin, Daman is a 176-room five-star deluxe property and the largest integrated resort in the region. It features three bars, four specialty restaurants, an expansive banquet facility, and high-end retail space.

Delta Corp Limited also holds a 35% equity share in Advani Hotels & Resorts India Limited, although the latter is not operated or controlled by Delta Corp.

In September 2016, the company acquired Gaussian Networks, the owner of Adda52.com, an online poker site, and other online games. The acquisition, completed in 2017, amounted to ₹223.9 crore (US$34.38 million).

Furthermore, Delta Corp participated in the Series A round of fundraising for Halaplay, a fantasy sports platform, in 2019. This move showcased the company’s commitment to exploring opportunities in the online gaming sector.
