Eligibility of the applicant: –
General Instructions: – Ranchi University Recruitment 2024
1. This selection will be purely on contractual basis and shall be valid till the regular appointment of Assistant Professors by Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Ranchi or till attainment of 65 years of age whichever is earlier.
2. The monthly consolidated remuneration for the above services will be as per letter No. 1040 dated 11.05.2023 of Department of Higher and Technical Education, Govt. of Jharkhand.
3. The application shall only be submitted online through the Chancellor Portal (www.jharkhanduniversities.nic.in) or the link available on the official website of Ranchi University (www.ranchiuniversity.ac.in).
4. The application submitted/sent through other modes like e-mail, post or by hand shall be treated as Invalid.
5. Recent self-attested passport size photograph and signature of applicant shall be uploaded at the proper place of the application.
6. All educational qualifications must have been obtained from recognized Universities/ Institution in India and/or abroad and if grades are awarded instead of marks, applicant should dearly Indicate their numerical equivalent.
7. Interested candidates are required to apply through online (www.jharkhanduniversities.nic.in) with application fee of Rs. 1000/- (For General/EWS/OBC) and Rs. 500/- (For SC/ST/PH) in the form of DD in favour of “Registrar, Ranchi University, Ranchi” payable at Ranchi.
8. Print-out of online submitted form along with D.D. and Self-attested copy of all the relevant documents to be submitted to the office of the undersigned through registered/speed post only by 03.04.2024 till 5:00 PM.
9. Selection will be done in accordance with the statutes notified by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Govt. of Jharkhand vide Resolution No. 492 dated 24.02.2023 and Resolution No. 2589 dated 28.12.2023.
10. Reservation policy will be followed as er the Jharkhand State Government rules.
11. Preference will be given to Guest Faculty working under Ranchi University.

13. Incomplete application in any respect is liable to be rejected.
14. The University reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasonthereof.
