As clirected, this is to inform to all concerned that the Phvsical Verification of the Original Documents of tlre provisionallv aclmittecl stuclents in the P.G. Semester- I for the academic session 2023-2024 shall be held from 09.10.2023 to 16.10.2023.
All the provisionally admitted students,have to be present in the verification of testimonials as per the following schedule, otherwise their admission will be treated as cancelled.
The candidate will have to bring / submit ONE SET photocopies of the following documents (selfattested) along with its original copy at the time of verification of documents (after taking Online Admission):
o Print-out copy of the applicahon form and Monev Receipt payment details
o Age Certificate (Admit Carcl of seconclary/Madhvamik Examination.)
o 1 copy of recent coloured passport-size photograph
o Caste Certificate and Domicile certificate (wherever necessar\”) issued by the appropriate authority uncler Govt. of West Bengal o lvlarksheet of Secondary/Madhvamik Examination
o Marksheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) or Equivalent Examination o Nlarksheet of th; B.A./ B.Sc./-B. Com./BBA /BCA witl.r Honours/Major under 10+2+3 mode of stucly or c’quivalent
o Registration Certificate of Gladuation / Migration Ce’rtificate.
o Authentic NSS / NCC-C / PWD / Sports Certificate (if applicable) for the Honours Graduate in 2023 of the University of North Bengal issued by the University/State/National Level, should be submitted.
o RATION CARD (in candidate’s name) from competent authoriff for AAY candidates for West Bengal only
o AADHAAR and PAN carcls in the name of the Candidate
o EIVS Certificate as pel notification uploaded in the admission portal
o OBC-A or OBC-B iategorv certificate with issuing clate not earlier than the preceding Year, that clearly inclicates (i) the iategory (A or B) they belong to; (ii) that thev do not belong to creamy layer of the society (Non-creamy layer certificate)
o Fill-up Undertaking(s) of Anti-Ragging bv both student and the Parent/Guardian (as given in the Prospectus), see below Fill library membership Registration form (Hard copy) following the guidelines, see below
