ICT Jobs 2024 Junior Research Fellow posts
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research fellow (JRF):
Project Title: “Ion transport through Bovine Serum Albumin based self-standing bio- membrane”
Sponsor: BRNS
Principle Investigator: Dr. Somen Mondal
No. of Positions: 1-JRF
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Chemistry having Physical Chemistry specialization with consistently good academic record. The candidate must have qualified GATE or CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship) or ICT Ph.D. entrance exam. in Chemistry.
Age: Should not exceed 35 years as on 24th March 2024 with usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and differently abled candidates.
Remuneration/Flowship: INR 35000 (Rupees thirty-five thousand only) per month for 1st and 2nd year and INR 31000 (Rupees thirty-one thousand only) for 3rd year (Consolidated with no other allowances).
Duration of Project: 3 years
Job description: Synthesis of bio-membrane, sample preparation, characterizations, and spectroscopy measurements.
The JRF will be appointed initially for 1 year and extendable another 2 years more depending on performance.
