Post-Doctoral Research Fellow
Applications are invited for Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in V.M. Salgaocar Chair in Wildlife through Visiting Research Professor Programme in Goa University.
The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow will be required to carry out research in wildlife/ biodiversity/ training student in wildlife/conservation of Flora and fauna and also conducting workshop, participate in teaching and publishing paper in Peer reviewed reputed Science journal.
Essential Qualification: Goa University Post-Doctoral Research Fellow
1. The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow should have PhD in any disciplinary of Life Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Marine Biotechnology or Marine Science) from a Recognised University. Award of Ph.D should be with reference to UGC 2009 Regulations to be incorporated with reference to relevant Goa University Ordinance.
2. The candidate must have Master’s degree in any of the allied subject of Life Science with minimum of 55 percent of marks preferably a M.Sc. in Zoology with experience in wild life and biodiversity studies.
A) Work experience in Data Collection, field trips, documentation, and Computer processing of Data.
B) Knowledge of Konkani/ Marathi
