Notice is hereby given for information to the public in general that Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Parishad has taken an initiative to engage one additional District Coordinator for Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Parishad Sanitation Cell, Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Parishad on purely contractual and temporary basis for the period of one year and will be renewed after every subject to satisfactory performance.
Intended Candidates must gothrough the instruction & criteria thoroughly & carefully before submitting their application in given format (Enclosed).

Any omission/suppression of information/fake information shall lead to rejection of application or candidature at any state of the process without further intimation and selection will be made through open competitive examination be conducted by the District Selection Committee.

Term & Condition: Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Parishad Recruitment 2023
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant is an Indian Citizen
- Age as on date of Notice within 25-35 years
- Minimum Academic Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institution.
Examination Criteria:
- Written Test: 80(Eighty) Marks.
- Syllabus of Written Test: Subject related to Diploma in Civil Engineering, Operation of AutoCAD Software for preparation of Estimates & Preparation of Plan Estimate & Drawing
- Interview: 20(Twenty) on Personality Test

1. The District Selection Committee will reserve the right summarily to reject any application or candidature for suppressing any information/documents/facts relating to age, educational qualifications etc and incomplete application. It is also reserves the right to cancel/Postpone/suspend at any point of stage.
2. Any canvassing or adopting unfair means will lead to cancellation of candidature
3. In case of any dispute, the decision of Selection Committee shall be final.
4. Tenure of engagement will be for one year on purely contractual basis and could be terminated before the tenure in case of non satisfactory performance
5. Candidate must bring any Government issued original Photo identity card along with other requisite documents in original & Xerox at Examination Venue on reporting day. Any deviation may straightway lead to non admission of him/her into the examination venue & rejection of candidature.
6. In no circumstances, this engagement will allow him/her to absorb in regular establishment of the Government.
7. The Candidate will have to produce his/her original certificate & testimonial to enable the authority to verify his/her date of Birth & Educational Certificates at the time of reporting. Any discrepancy between original documents and claimed by candidate will be treated as misrepresentation/suppression of materials facts for wrongful gain and summarily candidature or application will be rejected and legal action will be taken.
8. The appointee, may however, be terminated forthwith without any notice or any payment in lieu of notice at any time, in the event of his/her conducting himself/herself in any manner prejudicial to the interest of the office in particular & the State Government in General and more Particularly in cases such as:
(a) Insobriety
(b) Insubordination
(c) Unauthorized Absence
(d) Persistent Unpunctuality in attendance to office
(e) Gross Careless & lack of attention to the works or negligence in office duty
(f) Disobedience to lawful orders given by the competent authority
(g) Brach of Trust or Breach of Confidence with reference to official secrets
(h) Involvement in criminal activities leading to more than 48 hours of Custody in Police or Jail at the investigation stage.
