Applications for admission to the Ph.D Programmes in different Department and Nodal Centers of Utkal University are invited from the intending candidates through online mode latest by 04.11.2023. Faculty for such online application shall be made available from 20.10.2023 in the University website www.utkaluniversity.ac.in.
