South Garo Hills District Jobs Special Educators Posts. A walkin-interview for the post of Special Educators under EDSS to be posted at District level within the control of the District School Education Officer and District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha (SE), SEMAM, South Garo Hills District will be held on 18″ January 2024 at 10:00 AM in the office of the District School Education Officer (DSEO) and District Project Coordinator (DPC) Samagra Shiksha (SE), SEMAM from 10:30 AM ‘onwards.

The post is purely on contract basis for a period of 1 (one) year which is likely to be renewed at a fixed pay @ RS. 30, 000/- per month for master Degree holder and @ Rs. 25, 000/- per month for Graduate, which will be enhanced, provided they obtain a Master Degree certificate in 3 years time from the date of appointment interested candidates are to submit their applications in advance in the Standard Form along with attested copies of certificates ete. to the office of the undersigned on or before 16™ January 2024.

Only those candidates who submitted their applications in advance and fulfil the following required qualifications and criteria, will be allowed to appear for the personal interview.

Candidates should bring along with them al original documents during the interview.

The required qualifications and criteria for appointment to the post are:

i. Post Graduate in relevant subject with B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed (General) with a 2 years Diploma/PGPD in Special Education (for Classes IX to xi).

ii. RCl registration is mandatory, with a minimum experience of 2 (two) years in the field concerned.

iii. Age limit and reservation wil be as prescribed by Government of Meghalaya There will be no age bar for candidates who are already employed under Government registered Societies/Organisations which are either supported by State/Central Government

iv. No. TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview
