HIRING OF FULL-TIME FACULTY POSITIONS ON CONTRACT BASIS & EMPANELMENT OF PART TIME FACULTY POSITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FULL-TIME FACULTY POSITION ON CONTRACT

Type of Manpower Required: Faculty /Training Coordinator

No. of Full Time Positions: 2 nos. (1 with Transmission Experience and 1 with Distribution Experience)

Educational Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering and Post-Graduation will be given Preference.

Designation and Experience: REC Recruitment 2023

a. Retired CE and above from Power Distribution/Transmission Utilities or GMs and above from PSUs with experience in relevant field of Power Distribution/Transmission and computer savvy person.

b. Retired SE/DE from Power Distribution/Transmission Utilities or DGM/AGM from PSUs with experience in relevant field of Power Distribution /Transmission and computer savvy person

Tenure: REC Recruitment 2023

Engagement of faculties/Coordinator will be initially for one year and extendable to three years subject to performance & eligibility.

Age: REC Recruitment 2023

Below 65 years as on cut-off date 25-Oct-2023.

Remuneration: REC Recruitment 2023

a. for CE/GM and above

i. ₹ 90,000/-(Consolidated per month all inclusive)

ii. Yearly increment of 5% .

iii. TA/DA on tour will be on par with E8 level of REC Ltd.

for SE/DE or AGM/DGM

i. ₹ 80,000/-(Consolidated per month all inclusive)

ii. Yearly increment of 5% .

iii. TA/DA on tour will be on par with E6 level of REC Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility:

  1. Responsible for independently developing/designing suitable training courses as per the current requirements of Power Utilities.
  2. Development of course contents and material for the courses designed.
  3. Marketing of the courses designed with Power Utilities and also the training programs being organised by RECIPMT.
  4. Coordinate with various Power Sector Organisations and Utilities
  5. Coordinate with RECIPMT administration /other required subject experts from the pool of faculty available at RECIPMT/Vendors of RECIPMT/etc. for smooth conduct of the programs.
  6. Taking lectures as per the expertise and experience of the topics.
  7. Drawl of advance and settlement of advance as per financial guidelines of RECIPMT including
  8. Responsible for all related formalities related to training program organised including Payment of honorarium and other expenses to vendors
  9. Travel to other utility locations in connection with organising of training program and for taking lecture session anywhere in India.
  10. All Expenses during their travel to the location of Training will be borne by RECIPMT as per their entitlement.

B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EMPANELMENT OF FACULTY AS PART TIME EXPERTS:

  1. Persons retired /working from Power Sector and willing to associate with RECIPMT as subject expert /faculty will also be empanelled with RECIPMT purely as guest/visiting lecturers.
  2. The empanelled Faculties will be invited for lectures in different training programs organised by RECIPMT.
  3. The services of the empanelled Faculties will be utilised as and when required for anywhere in India.They will be paid honorarium as per the approved rates of RECIPMT.
  4. All Expenses during their travel to the location of Training will be borne by RECIPMT.
