Dutch-Bangla Bank, a reputed and leading joint-venture private commercial bank, is looking for a group of bright, talented, proactive and energetic fresher willing to accept challenging banking career for the following posts:

1) Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
a) Educational Qualification: Masters in any discipline with minimum 4 (four) 1 division/ class having no 3rd division/class in any of the examinations.
b) Other Requirements: The candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the country.
c) Compensation & Benefits: The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.70,000/- only. They will be absorbed in the rank of ‘Senior Officer’ of the bank after successful completion of the probation period in the pay scale of Tk. 34,300-INC-1,000×59-93,300 and other admissible benefits with a total initial emoluments of TK.80,815/- only per month.
For GPA/CGPA, the Division/ Class will be determined as under:

- The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
- Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on October 14, 2023.
