General instructions: DHFWS Recruitment Nadia 2023
1) Candidate applying for the post should carefully read the required qualification/experience etc. before applying Candidates not full filling the criteria may be liable to cancellation of their application
2) Candidate must be a permanent resident of West Bengal
3) Candidate must have knowledge of local language.
4) Only online application will be accepted available in the departmental website www.whhealth.gov.in/online recruitment
5) For online application follow the steps
a) Start with “Tost/Category as specified and then “Continue for registration”. After entering the data press “Save” button and a message will display containing the application ID “xxx” which should be retained for future reference and then go with “Click for next step”
b) Start payment application fees as applicable through various payment options.
c) Start entering required information’s in the prescribed fields. Fields’ marks in red” are mandatory & should filled up carefully.
d) Save & take a printout of the application form from www.bhealth.gov.in/online recrutement/application print
6) Online non-refundable application fees for each application is Rs.100/- for UR, OBC & Rs. 50/- for SC & ST. If a candidate originally belongs to reserved category but applying for unreserved category, application fees Rs. 100/- will be applicable.
7) Candidate have to upload their recent colour photograph & signature both in “ipeg format & size between 20-30k each
8) One candidate can apply for multiple posts if he/she is eligible, but in case multiple applications for same post are found, only the last application will be accepted.
9) Upper age limit will be calculated as on 01.01.23 for all the posts. Age relaxation will be given as per Government norms
10) Experience will be calculated as on 01.10.23 for all the posts. Appointment letter/offer letter will not be accepted an experience. Experience certificate should clearly mention the name of post hold, date of joining & date of leaving if any with date of issue.
11) 5 years relaxation of age will be given to the existing NHM employees applying in the same post under NHM with revised entry point remuneration as per Executive Director, WB SH&FW Samiti memo no. HFW-27011/137/2020/1352 dtd 29.12.2020.
12) Under no circumstances, these HR will be absorbed in regular establishment of the Government.
13) For the posts under NIM as mentioned in addendum issued vide memo ne: HFW-27011/ 137/ 2020/ 1611 dtd. 23.02.2021, point no. II, “all new employees who have joined/will be joined between 29/12/2020 to 30/09/2024 against new entry point remuneration, will not be entitled for annual increment for three cecutive PT in 2022- 23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 Annual increment will be applicable for these new contractual ployees fuck the V 2025-26.
14) For the posts under XV-FC(HG) the following conditions are applied for such engagements vide memun HFW/NHM-478/2021/314 did 280422 of the ED, WBSHFWS:
a) Remuneration of the HR has been fixed as per the rate of National Health Mission (NHM) as mentioned against the posts. No enhancement will be permitted during the entire tenure up-to 2026.
b) Engagement will be on contract, which will be initially for a period of 1 year Maximum period of engagement 2026 unless & until the me is further extended.
15) Any employee can be detailed here within the district in the same or higher tire purely on administrative ground as per requirement of the programme.
16) All the communications/updates will be made available only at www.nadia.nic.in and www.wbhealth.gov.in. Candidates should visit the websites time to time for updates.
