Educational Qualification: M.Com with specialization in Finance & Accounts from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 50% marks in Post Graduation. The candidate must have a minimum 6 months diploma in Computer Application.

Experience: AMRUT Recruitment 2023

• i) The candidate should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Govt.
• projects/schemes/Missions/ Private Sectors.
• ii) Must have basic knowledge of computer applications, with proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
• iii) Sufficient interpersonal skills, and strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and
• Assamese and written communication skills in English and Assamese.
• iv) Proficiency in Budget and Tax related matters.
• v) Experience of working in finance & accounts systems.
• vi) Basic understanding of Govt. structures, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• vii) Experience in audit-related matters.
• viii) Working knowledge of accounting software like tally and Public Financial Management System (PFMS) software etc.

Salary: Rs. 55,000/- to 65,000/- per month

Interested and suitable candidates who have fulfilled the above-mentioned eligibility criteria need to upload their relevant documents at https://forms.gle/cGeTW89jHC5m6iLC7. Online applications will be accepted till 16th November 2023 up to 04:00PM.

Any illegible document will be summarily rejected and such applications will not be considered. As such, applicants must ensure that all documents are clearly scanned before uploading.

Those, who have CGPA in mark sheets, must mention equivalent percentages. An authentic document/reference from the concerned University/Institution must be produced during physical verification.

Selection Criteria: AMRUT Recruitment 2023

I. Applicants not producing any of the documents specified in Clause I (Application Requirement) will not be eligible for consideration. The declarations made by the applicants will be accepted as true. If, at any point of time, it is found that any information provided by any applicant is not correct, then appropriate action will be taken by the Mission Directorate, AMRUT, Assam as per procedure.

II. The shortlisted candidates should produce original documents at the State Mission Directorate, AMRUT, Assam during the time of Interview.

III. Incomplete applications shall be rejected without any information and only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.

IV. The Authority will Shortlist maximum 20 Candidates based on Sl. 1, 2 & 3 of Table B.

V. Only full-time job experience in relevant fields will be taken into consideration.

VI. Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam (Copy of domicile certificates to be submitted along with Online Application form). VII. Candidate should have a valid Employment Exchange Registration in the State of Assam.

VIII. Only 1 (one) application will be accepted from a candidate. If a candidate is found submitting more than one application, the last application submitted by the candidate shall be taken into consideration.

IX. The Authority will publish Merit list in the official website https://amrut.assam.gov.in This merit list shall be valid for FY 2023-24.

X. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. Merely having the requisite qualification & experience will not render the applicant eligible for short listing.

XI. Canvassing in any form will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidature.
