Documents to be Brought:
a) Original Certificate(s).
b) Original Caste, EWS and PwBD Certificate, if applicable.
c) Candidates belonging to OBC (non-creamy) category should produce certificate from the Competent Authority showing validity period in accordance with Govt. of India guidelines.
d) Power Point Presentation (3 to 5 minutes) – Please share in the prescribed format (will be sent by e-mail along with interview call letter) to Recruitment Cell, AIIMS, Guwahati i.e., [email protected] before 26.09.2023 positively.
e) “No Objection Certificate” from Competent Authority, if applicable.
Important Note:
1. Those candidates, who are in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or otherwise (including AIIMS Employees) are required to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of Interview. They should obtain the NOC immediately if not yet done prior to reporting for Interview. No candidates will be allowed to appear the Interview without proper NOC as per the conditions of the advertisement.
2. The candidates shortlisted for Interview must bring all ORIGINAL documents in support of their eligibility for the above post at the time of Interview for verification.
3. The candidature of all the candidates shortlisted for interview is purely provisional subject to verification and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria with regards to age, essential qualification, experience and reservation etc. and if they are found in-eligible at any stage, their candidature will be cancelled.
4. The eligible list as notified is purely tentative and may vary (both inclusion/exclusion) subsequently after detail examination/verification. The decision of the Competent Authority in this regard will be final.
5. No TA/DA shall be provided for this purpose. 6. Call letters for Interviews will be sent separately by email.
