AAU ODL Admission 2023 – Submit Online Application
Online applications are invited for admission to the following Short-Term Training and Certificate courses under the Directorate of Open and Distance Learning (AAU-ODL), Assam Agricultural University for the session 2023-2024 commencing from 30th October, 2023.
1) Short-Term Training Courses: AAU ODL Admission 2023

Important Note : A candidate can apply for maximum of 2 courses. They need to fill the application form separately for each course. You can apply one short-term and one certificate course.
Do not apply Same type of course. (Eg: Do not apply two short-term courses or two certificate courses]

Payment Instructions :
1. Candidates must pay the application fee applicable for the specific course before submitting the form.
2. After making the payment, they need to enter the Payment Reference No. and Upload the payment screenshot / receipt in the specified space below.
3. Please Note that after payment you have to submit this form with payment details and screenshot below.

How to Pay [Steps]
Step 1 : Click on the payment link mentioned below or https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm

Step 2 : In Select Category option, clickon Educational Institutions
Step 3 : In Filter by State option, select Assam
Step 4 : Now a list of Educational Institutes will appear and Select AAU-ODL-R/F
Step 5 : Now, in the payment page, the applicant must select the Payment Category from a dropdown list.
- If the candidate wishes to apply for Short Term Training Courses then the candidate must select Application Fee For Short Term Courses Batch 4 option in the payment page.
- If the candidate wishes to apply for Certificate Courses then the candidate must select Application Fee For Certificate Courses Batch 4 option in the payment page.
Step 6: After selecting the type of course, applicant must fill necessary details and select the Course Name carefully before making the payment.
e.g.:
For Short Term Training Courses : Select any one course from the following list
i) Commercial Layer Farming (1 Month)
ii)Mushroom Production Technology (1 Month)
iii) Ornamental Fish Culture and Management (14 Days)
iv)Rooftop Gardening (45 Days)
v) Honey Production Technology (45 Days)
For Certificate Courses : Select any one course from the following list
i) Laboratory Assistant (6 Months)
ii) Garment Designing and Construction (6 Months)
iii) Preservation and Packaging of Fruits and Vegetables (6 Months)
Step 7 : After that Fill all required details and click on Submit to pay the application fee.
Step 8 : After clicking on Submit button the candidate will be redirected to page with various payment methods like UPI, Debit Card, Internet Banking.
Step 9 : Select any payment mode and complete the payment.
Step 10 : After making the payment the candidate must take screenshot of the receipt and the reference no. to upload in the next step of this form to complete the application process.
Step 11 : After making the payment come back to this form and upload payment details in below.
