INFORMATION BULLETIN: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC) at School Education Telangana

  1. In pursuance of the orders issued by the Government in G.O.No.96 Fin (HRM-VII) Dept, dated.25-08-2023 and G.O.Ms.No.25 School Edn. (Ser.III) Dept., dated.05-09- 2023 applications are invited through online at Website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in from Dt. 20-09-2023 to Dt.21-10-2023 for recruitment to the posts of School Assistants, Language Pandits, Secondary Grade Teachers and Physical Education Teachers in Government and Local Body Schools in the State through concerned District Selection Committee.
  2. The applicants shall carefully go through the Information Bulletin and satisfy themselves about their eligibility for this recruitment, before payment of fee and submission of application. The Information Bulletin will be available on website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in along with notification which can be downloaded free of cost.
  3. The applicants have to pay a fee of Rs.1000/- for each post separately towards application processing fee and conduct of Computer Based Test (CBT). Fee can be paid through Payment Gateway from Dt. 20-09-2023 to Dt.20-10-2023. The last date for payment of  fee  is 20-10-2023 and last date for submission of application online is Dt.21- 10-2023. On successful payment of fee, the candidate  will be allotted a ‘Payment Reference ID with that, ‘Payment Reference ID’ he/she can  proceed  for  submission  of online application form at Website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in.  Mere    allotment of ‘Payment Reference ID’ does not mean that the candidate has completed submission  of application form through online, it’s just only a confirmation of fee payment received.
  4. The step by step procedure for submission  of application form through online will be given in USER GUIDE  on website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in which will be made available from Dt. 20-09-2023. The post  wise vacancies in each district are made available on website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in from Dt.19-09-2023.
  5. The applicant shall compulsorily upload scanned recent photo and signature.

Written Test (CBT):-The Computer Based Test shall be conducted in following districts: (1) Mahaboobnagar, (2) Ranga Reddy (3) Hyderabad (4) Medak (5) Nizamabad (6) Adilabad (7) Karimnagar (8) Warangal (9) Khammam (10) Nalgonda (11) Sanga Reddy.

Note: Candidates can submit their order of preference of test centers in their application. However, assigning of candidates to centers depends on the capacity and availability of centers on that particular date.

The persons already in Government Service/Autonomous bodies/Government Aided institutions etc., whether in permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees are required to inform in writing, to their Head of Office/Department that they have applied for this recruitment.

  • Government of  Telangana  have made rules for  DSC-2023 for the posts of School Assistants (SAs), Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs), Language Pandits (LPs) and Physical Education Teachers (PETs) in Government and Local Body Schools in the State through concerned District Selection Committee as per G.O.Ms.No.25 School Edn. (Ser.III) Dept., dated.05-09-2023. Copy of the same is available in website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in and the same may be referred to know the provisions in regard to age, qualifications, rule of reservation, method  of  recruitment etc.

Rule of Reservation:

  1. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable and the provisions of Telangana Public Employment (OLC&RDR) Order (Presidential Order) G.O.Ms.No.124 G.A. (SPF-MC) Dept., Dt.30.08.2018 and amendments there to issued from time to time will be followed strictly.
  2. The rule of special representation in the matter of appointment of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Physically Challenged, Ex-Servicemen and women is applicable as per Rule 22 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 as amended from time to time.
  3. The rules issued from time to time by  the Department of Disabled Welfare shall be followed in respect of special representation for differently abled (Physically challenged) persons.

Note: As per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPWD Act) the Hearing impaired candidate’s minimum percentage  is 40% instead of 75% for selection.

b. The reservation to Meritorious Sports Person is applicable as per the amendments made to State and Subordinate Service Rules as per G.O.Ms.No.107, General Administration (Ser.D) Dept., Dt. 27-07-2018 that is in Rule-2, for sub-Rule (20) and in Rule-22 (i) in sub-Rule (2), for Class-D. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC)

The Recruitment shall be through a selection process consisting of Written Test and other criteria stipulated by the Government from time to time.

  1. For School Assistants (SAs), Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) and Language Pandits (LPs) the total marks shall be 100, out of which 80 marks shall be for the Written Test (DSC-2023) and remaining 20 marks (20%) Weightage for Marks obtained in TSTET / APTET / CTET. In case of APTET, scores obtained before the appointed day i.e., 02-06-2014 shall only be considered.
  2. F o r School Assistant (Physical Education)  and Physical Education Teachers  (PETs) the  total  marks of 100 shall be for the written test.
  3. Recruitment will be purely based on merit cum roster system as per the existing provisions being adopted by Government of Telangana.

ELIGIBILITY: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC) at School Education Telangana, Hyderabad

  • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    • A candidate for selection to the posts of Teachers shall fully possess the academic and professional/ training qualifications as mentioned as per G.O. Ms No. 25, School Education(Ser.III), Department, Dated: 05.09.2023.
    • Provided further that the candidates who are pursuing final year or final semester (as the case may be) of the required qualification are also eligible to apply for the posts concerned duly submitting the details of such examination in the online application and get qualified in the said examination as on date of verification of certificates to be notified by the Director of School Education.
    • Must possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana (or) other equivalent certificates recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana.
    • Must possess Academic degrees of Universities recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).
    • Teacher Education Courses recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
    • The Applicants who have obtained requisite Degrees through Open Universities / Distance Education mode are required to have recognition by the University Grants Commission / AICTE / Distance Education Bureau as the case may be. Unless such Degrees have been recognised by the relevant Statutory Authority, they will not be accepted for purpose of Educational Qualification vide its Public Notice No. F.27-1/2012 (CPP-II), Dt. 27/06/2013. (A university established or incorporated by or under a State act shall operate only within the territorial jurisdiction allotted to it under its Act and in no case beyond the territory of the State of its location). The onus of proof of recognition by the relevant Statutory Authority that their Degrees / Universities have been recognised rests with the candidate.
  • Special  Education  Courses  recognized  by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

 (ii) QUALIFICATIONS – POST WISE:

  1. School Assistants:-

A.    School Assistant (Mathematics):-

  1. Must possess a Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics (or its allied subjects as given in  the Annexure to this G.O.) from a University recognised by UGC with 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed. course with Mathematics as a Methodology subject from any institution recognized by NCTE.

OR

  1. Must possess a 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) with Mathematics as a Methodology from any institution recognised by NCTE.

AND

Pass in Paper-II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)/ Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with Mathematics and Science as Optional.

B.    School Assistants (Physical Science):-

  1. Must possess a Graduate’s Degree with any two of the following subjects as optionals i.e. Physics (or its allied subjects as given in the Annexure to this G.O.) and Chemistry (or its allied subjects as given in the Annexure to this G.O.) from a University recognised by UGC  with 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed. course with Physical Science / Physics / Chemistry / Science as a Methodology subject from any institution recognised by NCTE. (Candidates who study one of the two optionals at Graduation and the other at Post Graduation with the required percentage are also eligible for the post)

OR

  1. Must possess a 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) with the Physical Science / Physics / Chemistry/ Science as a Methodology from any institution recognised by NCTE.

AND

Pass in Paper-II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)/ Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with Mathematics and Science as Optional.

C.     School Assistant (Biological Science):-

  1. Must possess a Graduate’s Degree with any two of the following subjects as optionals i.e. Botany (or its allied subjects as given in the Annexure to this G.O.)  and Zoology (or its allied subjects as given in the Annexure to this G.O.)) from a University recognised by UGC with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed. course with Biological Science / Natural Sciences / Science / Botany / Zoology as a Methodology subject from any institution recognised by NCTE. (Candidates who study one of the two optionals at Graduation and the other at Post Graduation with the required percentage are also eligible for the post)

OR

  1. Must possess a 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. H.    School Assistant (Urdu):-

Must possess Graduation with Kannada as one of the Optional / Graduation in Literature in Kannada / Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in Kannada / Post Graduation Degree in Kannada from a  University recognised by UGC with at least 50% (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum  marks shall be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed. course with Kannada as a Methodology subject or Language Pandit Training in Kannada from any institution recognised by NCTE.

  1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree with Physical Education as an elective from a University recognised by UGC with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC , the minimum marks shall be 45%)

OR

  1. Must possess Graduation in Physical Education with 40% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC, the minimum marks shall be 35%) or Graduation in Physical Education i.e.. B.P.Ed. course of three years duration.

OR

  1. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks

AND

Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) of at least one year duration from any institution recognised by NCTE.

II.                Secondary Grade Teacher:-

  1. Must Possess Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) as recognised by the Board of Intermediate, Telangana with at least 50% Marks  (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum  marks shall be 45%) and Pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education in D.Ed / 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education.

OR

  1. Must Possess Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) as recognised by the Board of Intermediate, Telangana with at least 45% Marks  (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum  marks shall be 40%) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (i.e those who are admitted into D.El.Ed. up to the year 2007) and pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education /  Special Education in D.Ed. / 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education.

AND

III.          Language Pandits:

  1. Language Pandit (Telugu):-Must possess Graduation with Telugu as one of the Optional / Graduation in Literature in Telugu / Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in Telugu / Post Graduation Degree in Telugu from a University recognised by UGC with at least 50% (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed course with Telugu as a Methodology subject or Language Pandit Training in Telugu from any institution recognised by NCTE.

AND

Pass in Paper-II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with i. Mathematics and Science or ii. Social Studies as Optional.

B.      Language Pandit (Hindi):-

  1. Must possess Graduation with Hindi as one of the Optional/ Graduation in Literature in Hindi / Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in Hindi / Post  Graduation Degree in Hindi from a University recognised by UGC with at least 50% (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall  be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed course with Hindi as a Methodology subject or Language Pandit Training in Hindi or Hindi Shikshan Parangat from any institution recognised by NCTE.

OR

  1. Must possess 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) with Hindi as a Methodology from any institution recognised by NCTE.

C.      Language Pandit (Urdu):-

Must possess Graduation with Urdu as one of the Optional/ Graduation in Literature in Urdu / Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in Urdu / Post  Graduation Degree in Urdu from a University recognised by UGC with at least 50% (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall  be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed course with Urdu as a Methodology subject or Language Pandit Training in Urdu from any institution recognised by NCTE.

OR

  1. Must possess 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) with Urdu as a Methodology from any institution recognised by NCTE.

OR

  1. Must possess 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) with Sanskrit as a Methodology from any institution recognised by NCTE.

AND

Pass in Paper-II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/    Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with I Mathematics and Science or ii. Social Studies as Optional.

IV.     Physical Education Teacher:-

  1. Must possess Intermediate (or its equivalent) recognised by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana with minimum 50% marks.

And

A Certificate / Under Graduate Diploma in  Physical Education / Diploma in Physical Education from  an institution recognised by the NCTE.

OR

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.

And

Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) of at least one year duration from any institution recognised by NCTE.

V.      Language / Medium Study Qualifications:

The candidates who have (i) passed either SSC (or its equivalent) Examination or  Intermediate (or its equivalent) or Degree Examination in the medium of instruction concerned or (ii) have studied the Language concerned as First Language in SSC (or its equivalent) or as Part-I in Intermediate (or its equivalent) or as Second Language in Intermediate (or its equivalent) or as a Subject in Degree, are eligible for the posts of SA (Mathematics, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Studies & Physical Education), SGT and PET in the concerned medium. The written test will be in the bilingual language with concerned medium and English.

  • Candidates with Spl.D.Ed/B.Ed on appointment to the post pertaining to general schools are required to undergo an NCTE recognized six months Special Programme in Elementary Education at their own cost.
  •  Only the qualifications mentioned in the application form, for the post applied for, shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of selection.
  • Distance Education:- The Applicants who have obtained requisite Degrees through Open Universities / Distance Education mode are required to have recognition by the University Grants Commission / AICTE / Distance Education Bureau as the case may be. Unless such Degrees have been recognised by the relevant Statutory Authority, they will not be accepted for purpose of Educational Qualification vide its Public Notice No. F.27-1/2012 (CPP-II), Dt. 27/06/2013. (A university established or incorporated by or under a State act shall operate only within the territorial jurisdiction allotted to it under its Act and in no case beyond the territory of the State of its location). The onus of proof of recognition by the relevant Statutory Authority that their Degrees / Universities have been recognised rests with the candidates only.

Equivalent Qualification: At the time of verification of certificates, if it is noticed that any applicant  possessing other than prescribed qualification and claims it as equivalent to the prescribed qualifications, then an Expert Committee will be constituted by the Director of School Education, Telangana and the Director of School Education, Telangana will take a final decision based on the report of the Expert Committee.

AGE: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC) at School Education Telangana, Hyderabad

The candidates should possess the Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44 years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2023 (Rule-12(1) (a) (v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).

Minimum Age (18 years): Applicant should not have been born after 01/07/2005

Maximum Age (44 years): Applicant should not have been born before 02/07/1979

(As per G.O.Ms.No.60, General Administration (Ser.A) Dept., Dt:

20/05/2022 the maximum age limit raised by further two (2) years, in addition to the raise of three (3) years vide G.O.Ms.No.48, General Administration (Ser.A) Dept., Dt: 13/04/2022 i.e., total five (5) years).

The Upper Age limit will be relaxed as per Rules and will be calculated on the above lines.

Age Relaxations: The upper age limit prescribed above is however relaxable in the following cases:

i. The age relaxation for Ex-servicemen is applicable for those who have been released from Armed forces other than by way of Dismissal or Discharge on account of misconduct or Inefficiency.

N.B. However, no person shall be eligible if he/she crossed 61 years of age (Superannuation age) after availing the eligible age relaxations as on 01/07/2023.

PROCESS FOR CONDUCT OF DSC-2023 :

The Government of Telangana  is  keen  on  the utilization of Information Technology for automation of various activities related to Government departments to ensure accuracy and transparency. The system of Computer Based Test is being followed for all Common EntranceTests (CETs) and other examinations being conducted from the Academic Year 2023-24 onwards COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT)

In order to bring in utmost transparency and accuracy in the conduct of examinations, it is decided to conduct Computer Based Test (CBT) for recruitment to the posts of School Assistants, Secondary Grade Teachers, Language Pandits, & Physical Education Teacher in the State.

The Computer Based Test shall be conducted in following districts: (1) Mahaboobnagar, (2) Ranga Reddy (3) Hyderabad (4) Medak (5) Nizamabad (6) Adilabad (7) Karimnagar (8) Warangal (9) Khammam (10) Nalgonda (11) Sanga Reddy. Candidates can submit their order of preference of test centers in their application. However, assigning of candidates to centers depends on the capacity and availability of centers on that particular date.

The Director of School Education shall issue detailed instructions to ensure proper conduct of DSC-2023.

The candidates who are found copying or resorting to other means of malpractice shall be expelled  from  the examination  hall apart  from being debarred from appearing for the examinations conducted by the District selection Committee for three consecutive examinations besides taking criminal action as per the Telangana Public Examination (Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair means) Act, 1997 (No. 25 of 1997).

Disciplinary action shall be initiated against such staff who are found negligent in the discharge of their duties and an entry shall be made accordingly in the Service Register of the concerned staff besides taking criminal action  as  per the Telangana Public Examination (Prevention of Malpractices and unfair means) Act, 1997 (No. 25 of 1997).

The written test will be in the bilingual language with concerned medium and English.

ISSUE OF HALL TICKETS

Hall Tickets shall be issued to the candidates in the manner prescribed   by the Director of School Education.

PUBLISHING OF THE INITIAL KEY AND FILING OF OBJECTIONS

  1. The Director of School Education shall issue the schedule of notification covering all  aspects  including  Payment  of fees,  Conduct of CBT, Release of Initial  Key/Final   Key and declaration of results. The Director  of  School Education is the competent authority to publish the initial key of the question after the conduct of CBT inviting objections through online, if any, from the candidates who appeared for the CBT, duly giving a reasonable time to the candidates for filing objections on the initial key and the same shall be disposed of by the expert committee constituted by the Director of School Education. The final key shall be published for the information of candidates. Any representation / petition/objection on the key after the above stipulated period shall not be entertained.
  2. The Director of School Education is authorized to dispose of the Computer Based Test information relating to the Teachers Recruitment Test after one year from the date of declaration of results/display of selection lists, whichever is later. Request for furnishing any information relating to Computer Based Test (CBT) after the prescribed period will not be entertained under these rules and other Acts / Rules.

SELECTION: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC) at School Education

For School Assistants (SAs) and Language Pandits (LPs) selection will be on the basis of combined  marks secured in the Written Test (DSC) 80% and Paper II of TET (20%) Weightage except School  Assistant (Physical Education) duly following the Provisions of Rules.

  1. For School Assistant (Physical Education) and Physical Education Teachers (PETs) selection will be on the basis of marks secured in the Written Test (DSC) duly following the Provisions of Rules.
  2. For selection will be on the basis of combined marks secured in the Written Test (DSC-2023) 80% and Paper I of  TET  (20%)  Weightage duly following the Provisions of Rule.

For the purpose of Selection of Teachers under these Rules, scores obtained in Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) / Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with the qualifying marks as given below shall only be considered:

Preparation of Provisional Lists: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC) at School Education Telangana, Hyderabad

  1. Merit List shall be prepared and the same will be hosted in the above said website.
  2. The concerned District Selection Committee  will prepare and draw the Provisional Merit-cum-Roster list as per the Rosters available/Notified and will be published in  the above said website with approval of concerned Chairman, District Selection Committee.
  3. After preparation of provisional Merit-cum-Roster list, Candidates shall be called for  verification of certificates. The following certificates shall be produced at the time of verification of certificates:
    1. Educational Qualification certificates in original.
    1. TET Statement of Marks /Marks Memo.
  • Proof of age
    • Original caste/PHC/ Sports / any such qualification certificate claimed by the candidate in the application form shall be undertaken by the officer/ Committee authorized by Chairman, District Selection Committee.
  1. If the certificates are fake or false or not found to be genuine and if the candidate fails to produce the certificates required at the time of verification or if the candidate is absent for verification of certificates, such candidates shall forego the right for selection, and next eligible candidate as per merit will be considered for certificates verification.
  2. After verification of certificates by the authorized officers / Team, the final selection list shall be prepared, approved and published by the District Selection Committee concerned.
  3. The number of candidates shall not be more than the number of vacancies notified. There will not be any waiting list.
  4. Posts, if any, unfilled for any reason, shall be carried forward for future recruitment.
  5. If a candidate applied for two or  more posts and gets selected/joins in a lower category posts, but subsequently gets selected to a higher category post, he/she shall be allowed to opt for higher category post. For the resultant vacancy in the lower category post, the next meritorious candidate in the merit list in respective category and community shall be considered for selection.
  6. The District Selection Committee shall  draw  from  the merit list to the extent of posts vacated  due  to  selection to  a  higher  category post, subject to the condition that the number of candidates included shall not be more than the number of vacancies notified/selected.
  7. After such publication, there shall not be any waiting list and selection made shall be final.

PREPARATION OF SELECTION LISTS: Teacher Recruitment Test (DSC) at School Education Telangana, Hyderabad

  1. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable and the provisions of Telangana Public Employment (OLC&RDR) Order (Presidential Order) G.O.Ms.No.124 G.A. (SPF-MC) Dept., Dt.30.08.2018 and amendments there to  issued from time to time will be followed strictly
  2. The rule of special representation in the matter of appointment of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Physically Challenged, Ex-service Men, women is applicable as per Rule 22 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 as amended from time to time.
  3. The rules issued from time to time by the Department of Disabled Welfare shall be followed in respect of special representation for differently abled (physically challenged) persons.

Note :- As per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016(RPWD Act) the  Hearing  impaired candidate’s minimum  percentage  is  40% instead of 75% for selection.

  1. The reservation to Meritorious Sports Person is applicable as per the amendments made to State and Subordinate Service Rules as per G.O.Ms.No.107, General Administration (Ser.D) Dept., Dt. 27-07-2018 that is in Rule-2, for sub-Rule (20) and in Rule-22 (i) in sub-Rule (2), for Class-D. In implementing the reservation to Meritorious Sports Person as per G.O. Ms. No.05 YAT&C(Sports) Department, Dt. 14/05/2018, or as may be revised by the Government from time to time shall be followed.
  2. The certificate/Marks Memo issued for TET will be verified about the eligibility conditions for the post applied for with reference to Language II and optional subject opted in TET before preparation of the selection list.
  3. The number of candidates selected shall not be more than the number of vacancies notified. There shall be no waiting list and posts, if any, unfilled for any reason, whatsoever shall be carried forward for future recruitment.
  4. After due verification of the originals of all relevant certificates, selection of the candidates for the posts of Government/Local Bodies shall be made together as per the roster of each unit of appointment.
  5. The District Selection Committee concerned  shall approve the selection lists prepared as per Rules. The selected candidates shall exercise their option as per roster cum merit and the District Educational Officer, shall allot the candidates to the respective unit accordingly. The same list shall be displayed on the Notice boards at O/o District Collector, O/o District Educational Officer and concerned departments and on the internet for the information of candidates.
