General Guidelines for Applicants :
1. Candidates will apply in the Application Format as enclosed.
2. The Application shall be invariably routed through the Parent Employer and shall be accompanied with copy of ACRs/APARs dossiers for the last five years or in event of unavailability of the same, the available last five years dossiers may be sent.
3. Applications must essentially be accompanied with vigilance & disciplinary clearances.
4. Advance Copy of the Application may be forwarded.
5. Deputation shall be for an initial period of 03 years. Terms and Conditions will be Finalized by mutual consent between SJVN and parent organization.
6. Deputationists can be considered for absorption subject to meeting SJVN job specifications.
7. For attending the interview, Air Fare will be reimbursed. For Locations devoid of air connectivity, road/rail fare of equivalent grade as per SJVN rules shall be reimbursed.
8. SJVN does not assume responsibility for postal or courier delays.
9. SJVN reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process any time

For each post code, there will be a “Apply Online” link. You should click on the link in order to apply for a job against that post code under that advertisement number. How do I Register for the online application?

What if I do not have an e-mail Id?
You are required to have a valid email- Id since all the future communication with the candidate shall be through e-mail.
What if I forget my log-in Id and password or want to change them in future?
The name and e-mail id provided at the time of registration cannot be changed or corrected throughout the application process. If you provide a valid and active e-mail id, the log-in id which is same as the e-mail id given at the time of registration will be mailed to that e-mail address after you register for the online application system. Therefore, you can retrieve the log-in id from your e-mail address if required. You will have to remember the password provided by you at the time of registration. However, if you forget the password, you can click on the “Forgot Password” button in the Log In page. You will be asked to enter the e-mail id provided by you at the time of registration. The password will then be re-set and sent to the e-mail id provided. After logging in, you can change the password by clicking on the “Change Password” link given in the menu at the left of each page of the application form.
