- MA in Sociology with minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed from an accredited Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University

Interested candidates may appear for the walk-in-interview on the date and time mentioned abovealong with the bio-data stating (qualification, experience, Specialization, etc.), as well as copy along with original ofsupporting documents. The post is purely a temporary one for a period of 1(one) semester, however his/her services2. The candidate must have cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a simlar lest accredited by the UGC, like SLETISET, Candidate who has been awarded PhD shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET.shall be subject to extension, if needed by the University. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
