What's in the Georgia Trump Indictment

Former President Donald Trump has been charged with breaking the law for the fourth time in five months.

He and 18 others are accused of a big plan to change the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

They tried to make it seem like Trump actually won the election when he didn't.

They did a bunch of things like talking to important people in different states and telling them lies about election fraud.

They even bothered and tricked a person who worked in the election in Georgia.

They wanted Trump to stay as the president, even though he had lost the election.

The people who say Trump did bad things have accused his friends too, like his old chief of staff, the mayor of New York City, and a lawyer.

Trump's team said the charges are wrong and unfair. Trump said he didn't do anything wrong and that the people investigating him are doing it because they don't like him.

One of Trump's friends, named Giuliani, also said the charges aren't true. He said the real bad guys are the ones who brought the charges against them.

Trump and the others have to go to court by August 25 to hear what the charges are.
