Mattel has unveiled a new Barbie doll inspired by the iconic musician Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac fame.

The announcement was made during one of Nicks' performances at Madison Square Garden on October 1st.

The Stevie Nicks Barbie doll is based on the outfit she wore on the cover of the classic album "Rumours." 

Nicks expressed her excitement about the collaboration with Mattel, mentioning that it had been in the works for about a year since the toymaker first approached her

She wondered whether the doll would capture her likeness and spirit, reflecting her unique style and persona.

The Stevie Nicks Barbie doll features the singer dressed in a flowing black gown and distinctive knee-high boots, with her signature sandy blonde hair meticulously styled.

Even her facial expression is designed to resemble her iconic look. The doll also comes with accessories, including a moon-shaped necklace and a tambourine.

Nicks shared her personal connection to the doll on Twitter, saying that when she looks at it, she sees her 27-year-old self, and she feels a deep connection to it.

The doll is now available for purchase as the Stevie Nicks Collector Doll, allowing fans to own a piece of music history and pay tribute to the legendary artist.

Stevie Nicks is currently on a North American tour that is set to continue through March 2024, and tickets can be obtained through StubHub, offering a FanProtect program for guaranteed orders.
