Ivanka Trump loses her memory, says “I don’t recall” more than 30 times while on the witness stand.

Ivanka swears in on the Bible, while the FDNY is on standby.

Ivanka testified that her husband, Jared, introduced her to the Deutsche Bank banker who helped Donald Trump & Trump Org. commit financial fraud by inflating Trump’s assets to secure loans for the Doral golf course, the Old Post Office in D.C. & a Chicago property.

The recent civil fraud trial involving Ivanka Trump's testimony marked the conclusion of an eight-day period of witness testimonies,

Ivanka Trump's testimony in the New York fraud trial

which included Donald Trump and his three adult children.

The New York attorney general's office rested its case following Ivanka Trump's appearance,

during which she faced questions about her involvement in securing loans for the Trump Organization and the valuation of a penthouse apartment she leased from her father.

Key points from her testimony included discussions about the Deutsche Bank loan negotiations for the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Florida

with emphasis on how the loans required Donald Trump to submit financial statements.

The attorney general's office alleges that these statements were falsified to inflate Trump's net worth, leading to more favorable loan rates.

Ivanka Trump distanced herself from the valuation of the penthouse apartment on her father's financial statement, stating that she was not involved in its preparation.

Additionally, her interactions with her husband, Jared Kushner, were discussed, particularly in relation to work-related matters in the real estate business.

The attorney general's case included testimonies from 25 witnesses,

with Ivanka Trump being the final witness.

Former Trump Organization executive Allen Weisselberg and other officials were also called to testify.

The attorney general has already won a summary judgment, holding Trump and his co-defendants liable for fraud

and is seeking to prove six additional claims, including falsifying business records and issuing false financial statements.

As the trial progresses, the Trump team is preparing its defense, with Trump's lawyers signaling their intent to file a motion for a mistrial.

They aim to challenge the attorney general's case, emphasizing that the banks involved were ultimately paid back.

Ivanka Trump highlighted the positive relationship with Deutsche Bank during her testimony,

underscoring the bank's interest in the Trump Organization.

The attorney general's office, on the other hand, has requested to block some of Trump's expert witnesses from testifying,

citing the resolution of related issues by the judge.

The trial continues with the Trump team's defense and the anticipation of further legal proceedings.
