The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts recruitment for the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in various positions such as Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO) and Assistant Director posts.

The eligibility criteria for the UPSC EPFO recruitment are as follows:

• The candidate should be a citizen of India.
• The age limit for the post of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer is 30 years, and for the post of Assistant Director, it is 40 years.
• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• For the post of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer, the candidate should have two years of experience in Administration, Accounts, or Legal matters in any government or private organization.
• For the post of Assistant Director, the candidate should have five years of experience in Administration, Accounts, or Legal matters in any government or private organization.

The selection process for the UPSC EPFO recruitment includes a written examination followed by an interview. The written examination consists of two papers – Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is an objective-type exam that tests the candidate’s knowledge in General English, General Knowledge, and General Mental Ability. Paper II is a descriptive-type exam that tests the candidate’s knowledge in Indian Polity, Economy, and Social Security.

After qualifying in the written examination, the candidates are shortlisted for the interview round, which tests their communication skills, leadership qualities, and general awareness.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and clear the selection process are appointed in various positions in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) at the All India level.
