They are seeking a Ph.D. or an M.Sc. student with strong background and interest in bioinformatics to work on the evolution and regulation of non coding DNA.

**Qualifications:
The applicant must have completed an undergraduate or second-cycle degree in the areas of bioinformatics, computer sciences, genetics, or molecular biology.
The ideal candidate will have experience with computational methods (good knowledge of scripting and running packages in Python, R; good familiarity with Unix-based pipelines and computing clusters; interest in machine learning, and comparative/population genetics).
Experience in analyzing genomic data is a plus.
