About FDP

The pandemic radically shout the existing traditional method of the Indian educational system. In a way, it opened the doors for a plethora of digital innovations in the field of education, shifting the Indian educational system to an online mode of learning and creating opportunities for shall development.

For new-age teachers, it became imperative to capitalize on the advantages of online platforms and methodologies and adapt to the mantra of e-learning on digital platforms.

With the flexibility to learn anytime and anywhere and the possibility to personalize learning levels to match one’s learning curve, the new way of teaching offers something that was never possible before.

With the introduction of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), online education entered into an era of self-directed and open learning designed for mass participation. With such a view to facilitating the process of e-content creation and delivery, we announce a Faculty Development Program on Teaching-Learning Digital Shills in the 21st Century.
