A Walk-in Interview will be held on 14th January 2025 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM at 5th Floor. Admin Block, NIT Delhi, for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor (Purely on Contractual and Temporary basis) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering with consolidated salary per month as mentioned in the below table. The desirous and eligible candidates may appear for the Interview with the duly filled application form along with all the certificates in originals with two set of photocopies of the same

*The number of vacancies are tentative and the Institute may increase or decrease.
Note: –
- The appointment will be for the academic courses of the Autumn Semester for all the running years of B. Tech and M. Tech till the end of the semester or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
- The recruitment is a stop gap arrangement purely on temporary basis and the selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment.
- All the supporting documents along with the Govt. Identity should be brought at the time of Interview.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the Walk-in Interview.
