The notification for the post of Assistant Professor of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at JIPMER Puducherry, candidaturm of the applicant selection and appointment to the post are subject to outcome of O.A. No. 703 of 2024 pending before the Hon’ble CAT. Chemmal bench
Note:
(a)The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation, Director, JIPMER reserves the night to vary the above vacancies as per requirements of the institute or otherwise. Five posts (backlog vacancies) have been reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD)filled by UR
(b) Only EWS applicants will be considered against the vacancies earmarked for EWS category. However in case, any EWS vacancy remains unfilled due to unfilled due to non-availabi availability of a suitable candidate belonging to B elonging to EWS EWS or other rotherwise, such vacancies may be category. Hence eligible applicants from other categories ani provisionally allowed to apply against the pouts earmarked for EWS subject to the conditions:
(i) that their candidature will be considered only if suitable candidate from EWS category is not available or the vacancyis otherwise not filed and
(ii) their candidature will be as UR candidate only and hence there shell be no relaxations otherwise permitted under their specific category.
(c) The unfilled EWSs vacancies advertised in 2023 are now advertised as UR as per the DOPT OM No. 38039/1/2018-Esti Ros) dated 31.1.2010
(d ) Eligible applicants fulfiling the essential educational qualifications and experience should apply ONLINE
(e) Opening date for submission of online application is 25.10.2024 (Friday). (Closing date for submission of online application is 21.11.2024 (Thursday) by 4:30 PM.
(g) In addition to the online submitted application, the applicant must submit the hard copy of the online submitted application and the soft copy (by email) along with all certificates/enclosures within the stipulated time as per the instructions mentioned in the detailed advertisement avalable on the institute’s website
