Harvard University MBA Scholarship: Harvard Business School is a community of people engaged in many activities focused on one purpose – developing leaders.

The Boustany Foundation recognises the importance of helping people evolve and leave a positive impact on the world.

We believe that providing highly talented individuals with the opportunity to maximise their potential can have profound and wide-ranging effects that resonate far beyond their own particular field.

In order to achieve the above, the Foundation grants various scholarships across a range of academic disciplines with plans to expand the scholarship programme progressively in the coming years.

Scholarships are awarded to outstandingly talented applicants and those who show exceptional promise.

Overview: Harvard University Boustany MBA Scholarship Program 2023

The Harvard MBA is one of the world’s leading business programmes, taught at one of the world’s most prestigious Universities.

The Boustany MBA Harvard Scholarship is granted once every two years for a two year course at Harvard Business School.

The Scholarship offers the following:
• Financial aid amounting to 75% of the  tuition fees
• Travel and accommodation expenses related to the internship.

The next Scholarship will be awarded for the class commencing Autumn 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have an excellent academic background and show considerable promise. Although the Scholarship can be awarded to candidates of any nation, priority will be given to candidates of Lebanese descent.

Candidates may apply for the Scholarship only after receiving an offer of admission from the Harvard MBA programme.

If shortlisted, you may be invited to an interview with the Foundation. One candidate will then be awarded the Scholarship

Deadline for the submission of candidacy: 31st May 2023.

The Scholarship will be awarded during the month of June 2023.

The Boustany Foundation Internship

Successful scholars are expected to complete a two-month unpaid internship with the Foundation. Projects are varied and relate to the Foundation’s activities or those of its partners.

Travel and accommodation expenses related to the internship are covered by the Foundation.

1. How do I apply for a Scholarship?

Ans: Students wishing to apply for a Scholarship should do so once they have been accepted by the University, for a course sponsored by the Foundation.

2. What is the deadline date for admission to Scholarships?

Ans: Deadline dates are specified on the website for each course.

3. Are applications being accepted after the deadline date?

Ans: Applications cannot be accepted after the deadline date.

4. Does the Foundation fund any other courses than those mentioned on the website?

Ans: The Foundation does not fund courses other than those mentioned on the website.

5. Is the Foundation flexible on dates when a student can complete his/her internship?

Ans: Internship periods are set as shown on the website. However the Foundation is prepared to discuss this on a case by case basis.

6. What exactly is expected of students during the internship?

Ans: During their Internship, students are required to work on a project which relates to one of the objectives of the Foundation. Students may also be required to work during their Internship with one of our partners.

7. What exactly is covered regarding travel and expenses during the internship?

Ans: Travel expenses from the University to Monaco for the Internship, together with accommodation and food expenses during the internship are paid for by the Foundation.

8. How are candidates chosen?

Ans: Candidates are chosen primarily based on their outstanding capabilities and merit.

9. What do you expect the students to do in return for the Scholarship?

Ans: The Foundation hopes to help people who aim to make a positive impact on the world; during their Internship, we expect them to spend two months with us working on a project related to one of the objectives of the Foundation.

10. Are prospective Scholarship recipients required to travel for an interview?

Ans: Prospective Scholarship recipients may be asked for a phone interview and in some cases to travel for an interview.

11. Is it possible to apply for a college other than Pembroke?

Ans: The Foundation is linked to Pembroke College for all students admitted to Cambridge University and awarded the Scholarship.
