Eligibility of the Applicant:- Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Recruitment 2025 Assistant Professor
- Master’s Degree in the subject concerned with minimum 55% marks, and
- NET/JET qualified or having Ph.D. Degree.
As per statutes notified by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Govt. of Jharkhand vide Resolution No. 492, dated 24.02.2023 and Resolution No. 2589, dated 28.12.2023.
General Instructions:- Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Recruitment 2025 Assistant Professor
- This selection will be purely on contractual basis and shall be valid till the regular/backlog appointment of Assistant Professors by JPSC or till attainment of 65 years of age whichever is earlier.
- The monthly remuneration for the above services will be as per Resolution No. 1040, dated 11.05.2023 of Department of Higher and Technical Education, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- The application shall only be submitted online through the link available on the official Chancellor website of University (www.jharkhanduniversities.nic.in) (www.dspmuranchi.ac.in) or Portal
- The application submitted/sent through other modes like e-mail, post or by hand shall be treated as invalid.
- Recent self-attested passport size photograph and signature of applicant shall be uploaded at the proper place or the application.
- All educational qualifications must have been obtained from recognized Universities/Institution in India and/or abroad and if grades are awarded instead of marks, applicant should clearly indicate their equivalent percentage.
- Interested candidates are required to apply through online (www.jharkhanduniversities.nic.in) with application fee of Rs. 1000/- (For General/EWS/OBC) and Rs. 500/- (For SC/ST/PH) in the form of DD in favour of “Registrar, DSPMU, Ranchi” payable at Ranchi.
- Print-out of online submitted form along with Application Fee and self-attested copy of all the relevant documents as mentioned below to be submitted to the office of the undersigned (Registrar, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Morabadi, Ranchi, Jharkhand Pin-834008) through registered/speed post/by hand only by 05.02.2025 till 5.00 PM.

Note:
- Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Selection will be done in accordance with the statutes notified by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Govt. of Jharkhand vide Resolution No. 492, dated 24.02.2023 and Resolution No. 2589, dated 28.12.2023.
- Reservation policy will be followed as per the Jharkhand State Government rules.
- Incomplete application in any respect is liable to be rejected.
- The University reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the university will be final in this regard.
