KRC-3	Project Assistant	One *	B.Sc Chemistry from a recognized University or Equivalent.   Desirable: 1-2 years of experience in Synthetic Lab Techniques.	🖝 .20,000/-+HRA	50 Years
MPTD-5	Project Associate-II	One *	Master’s Degree in Biotechnology. Minimum of two-years of expertise in lignocellulosic biomass conversion to fuels / chemicals. Experience in Biomass pre-treatment, hydrolysis and fermentation,  HPLC and GC analyses, biochemical analyses of sugars, FTIR, and operation of lab scale fermenters desirable.	🖝 .35,000/-+HRA for who possess valid CSIR-UGC NET Score (including lectureship) or valid GATE score. 🖝 28,000/-+    HRA for who do not fulfill the above.	35 Years
MPTD-6	Project Assistant	One *	Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering   Desirable: 2 years of expertise working in a biofuel / Chemical plant and handling of reactors. Experience in operating, maintenance and troubleshooting of STRs. Fermenters and Utilities in an industry or R&D setup.	🖝.20,000/-+HRA	50 Years
CSTD-10	Project Assistant	One *	B.Sc Nursing from a recognized college / University.   Desirable: Expertise for blood collections, plasma, serum separation from blood for clinical research purpose, proforma filling (documentation) in the area of neurology and diagnostics.	🖝.20,000/-+HRA	50 Years
CSTD-11	Senior Project Associate	One *	PhD in Life Science   from a recognized University. Desirable: Experience in field of nanobiotechnology having expertise in nanoparticle synthesis (metal and polymeric nanoparticles), surface modification with proteins, antibodies (bio -conjugation) and biochemical assays like ELISA, Western Blot, and in vitro assays including cell culture work.	🖝 .42,000/-+HRA	40 Years
CSTD-12	Project Associate-I	One *	Master’s Degree   in   Chemistry from a recognized University or Equivalent. Desirable: Candidate having 2 years’ experience in molecular probe design   and   synthesis (fluorescence and Raman active molecules), Knowledge in Photophysical studies, Raman spectroscopy, hands on experience of Raman spectrometer. Synthesis of nanoparticles (metal and polymeric nanoparticles) and their characterizations.	🖝 .31,000/-+HRA for who   possess valid     CSIR-UGC NET Score (including lectureship) or valid GATE score. 🖝 25,000/-+  HRA for who do not fulfill the above.	35 Years

* Waitlisted Candidates may be considered for any future project vacancies arising within a year from the date of interview in the order of merit.

General instructions

🖝 Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped and female candidates applicable as per GOI/CSIR Rules. The date for determining the upper age limit, qualification and experience will be the closing date of online application i.e. 25-07-2022.

🖝 The above posts are tenable till the duration of project.

🖝 Candidates should submit separate application for each post indicating the Post Code. Incomplete and late application will not be considered. Bringing in any influence, political or otherwise shall disqualify the candidates.

🖝 The duly constituted Screening Committee will adopt its own criteria for short-listing the candidates. The candidates should therefore, mention in the application all the qualification and experiences in the relevant area over and above the minimum prescribed qualification supported with documents.

 Mode of Selection

🖝 The shortlisted candidates will be called for ONLINE INTERVIEW. The date and time of online interview will be notified in our website www.niist.res.in in due course.

🖝 Interim enquiries will not be attended to.
