(Appointment of Guest Faculty)

Applications are invited from the interested and eligible candidates for the appointment of Guest Faculty in the subjects listed below.

The appointment will be on purely temporary basis for a period of 6 months or till the regular appointment, whichever is earlier from the date of issue of appointment letter.

Subject wise vacant posts

Note 1: For Sanskrit, Candidates having Post-Graduate degree in the following subjects will only be considered.

1. Paurohitya/Karmkand/Veda
2. Jyotish
3. Vastushastra
4. Yoga
5. Vyakarana
6. Sahitya

Note 2: For Foreign Language, Candidates having Post-Graduate degree in the following subjects will only be considered.

1. French Language

2. German Language
3. Japanese Language

Eligibility::

As per UGC regulation 2018 for appointment of Assistant professor i.e.

1. Master’s Degree in the subject concerned with minimum 55% marks, and
2. JRF/NET qualified or having Ph.D. Degree as per UGC Regulation 2009.

General Instructions for Applicants

⚫ Guest Faculty will be paid honorarium @ Rs. 600/- per lecture (maximum of four Lectures per day) subject to a maximum of Rs. 36,000/- per month.

Interested candidates are required to apply through online (www.bbmku.ac.in) with a fee of Rs. 1000/- (For General / EWS / OBC) and Rs.500/- (For SC/ST/PH) in the form of DD in favour of

“Registrar, Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University” payable at Dhanbad. The candidates who have applied earlier in response to the previous advertisements no. BBMKU/R/647/18 dated 22.11.2018, BBMKU/R/230/18 dated 05.03.2019, BBMKU/R/717/19 dated 23.07.2019 and BBMKU/R/68/21 dated 25.01.2021, should apply fresh without any fee.

Superannuated teachers may also apply subject to the age limit of 70 years. ⚫ Those who are already engaged as Guest Faculty under BBMKU they must also apply.

⚫ Print-out of online submitted form along with self-attested copies of all the relevant documents as mentioned below to be submitted to the office of the undersigned through registered/speed post only.

List of self-attested coples of the documents required to be submitted in the following order.

1. Print-out of the application form (submitted online).
2. Demand Draft (Original) / Candidates who have already applied earlier are directed to submit a copy of previous Demand Draft.
3. Educational certificates and mark sheets (from matriculation onwards)
4. NET qualification (if applicable)
5. Experience Certificate (if applicable)
6. Caste certificate (if applicable)
7. Residential certificate (if applicable)
8. EWS Certificate (If applicable)
9. Any Other certificates (if applicable)

Eligible candidate will be shortlisted for interview. Selection will be done in accordance with the Jharkhand Universities Statues (Appointment).

Reservation policy will be followed as per the Jharkhand state government rules.

⚫ Incomplete application in any respect is liable to be rejected.

⚫ The University reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the university will be final in this regard.
